Empowering Women in the Composites Industry

This session aims to highlight the successes and challenges faced by women in the composites industry.

We will highlight the many opportunities offered by our industry, for engineers, sales, marketing… We will also explore strategies for recruiting more women into the industry and creating an inclusive culture that supports their success. This session will feature a panel of experts who will share their experiences and insights on the topics discussed. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the women positioning in the composites industry and learn practical steps that can be taken to support their advancement.
