Amplification of the senses with Moota's outdoor chairs

This public design project was installed near the Han River in Seoul by the Seoul Metropolitan Government. The Han River is more than just a resting place for Seoul citizens.

Citizens are comforted in parks around the Han River in limited urban conditions. In order to make a bench in the Han River Park, we were interested in the scenery and wind of the Han River. We used this bench to amplify the scenery and sound of the Han River and allow users to meditate. The materials that make up the bench are obtained by crushing plastic waste in Seoul. It is a similar act to re-use urban feces and renew citizens' minds in the park.
